We charge a low, one-time onboarding fee followed by a reasonable recurring monthly fee. The price offer you is directly related to the services you want us to provide - less is less, more is more but it’s always fair and flexible.

If you’re new to the area, we will set you up with all of our preferred service providers to help you create shortcuts to efficient home management. If you’re a landlord offering long term or short term rentals, we provide active ongoing management. If you’re a busy homeowner who wants support planning their next big project, we’ll do that too.
