Please save the phone number: 802-585-2181. This number has both call and text capabilities and will be the number to use should you have any questions or need any assistance regarding your rental at 359 Maple Street.

Our other primary source of communication is RentRedi. With RentRedi, you will be able to:

  • Pay rent from your phone (you can even set up auto-pay!)

  • Submit maintenance requests

  • Receive important notifications about the property maintenance, etc.

There are even added features that may be of benefit to you, such as:

  • Ability to purchase renters insurance

  • Ability to boost your credit by reporting on-time rent payments!

To get setup with RentRedi, please complete the following steps:

  1. Find the email from us with the title “RentRedi: Action Required”

  2. Download the RentRedi App (Andriod: Get it on Google Play  / Apple: Download on the App Store)

  3. Click “Get Started” to create your account

  4. Accept the invite (from the pop up in the app) to link yourself as a tenant to your unit

  5. Make sure to verify your email address through the verification email request from RentRedi

Recording activity through this digital platform allows for everything run seamlessly. RentRedi will be the primary source of communication. All rent payments and maintenance requests should be submitted through RentRedi. You will also be able to easily access copies of your lease, lease renewals, addendums and disclosures. Below is more information and step by step instructions for these important tasks.

Important property information:

  • Water- Included in rent.

  • Trash- Included in rent. Trash is picked weekly up on early on Wednesday morning. Please make sure that your trash is out by Tuesday evening to ensure that it is picked up.

  • Pest Control- Quarterly general pest control is provided. If you notice any pest activity, please submit a maintenance request through RentRedi.

  • Laundry- A coin operated washer and dryer is available in the basement. There are plans to add a debit/credit card processing option in the future.

  • Electricity- Tenant responsibility.

  • Cable/Internet- Tenant responsibility.

  • Parking- There are two parking lots on the property. Units 9 & 10 are located in the annex, which has its own lot (the smaller of the two) which makes for more convenient loading/unloading.

  • Mail- Every tenant has their own mailbox on site.

  • Common areas- Enjoy the breathtaking view of Mount Mansfield from the backyard all year long.

How to Pay Rent

  1. From the home screen, choose the “Rent” button with the dollar sign

  2. Select the rent charge that you would like to pay. You should see a list of the current charges with a break-down of the charge and the due date listed.

  3. You will then be ablet to choose whether you would like to pay using a debit/credit card or with your bank account.

    If paying by debit or credit card, there is a 2.9% transaction fee +$0.30 per transaction for cards and $1.00 per transaction fee for bank accounts. For a $1000 payment, this would be $29.30 in fees for cards and $1 in fees for ACH.

    Plaid is the third-party processor that provides security for your financial information.

  4. Once your payment method is entered, simply choose “Pay (due amount)” at the bottom of the screen.

How to Submit Maintenance Request

  1. From the home screen, choose the “Repair” button with the wrench. This is where you will be able to see any previous issues submitted as well as submitting new requests.

  2. To start a new repair request, click the “+” icon in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the details of your request and then click the camera icon.

  4. You may have to give RentRedi access to your camera to enable this feature.

  5. Click the “Record” button to record 5-second video showing the issues and then click the “Blue Check” button to accept the video.

  6. Review and click “Send” in the upper right hand corner.
